Mo Safren, short for Morris, is a native of Culpeper, Virginia. He is a pianist and singer that has studied under some of the best teachers in the world at the Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, VA. Mo maintains a deep love and understanding of music, which keeps him passionate about all his musical endeavors. Mary Mac was born to be a vocalist.  She has words and a voice that can quiet a room. Her energy and love for her craft can be felt by any who have the pleasure of witnessing her perform. Originally hailing from Ohio, singer-songwriter/guitarist Guianna now resides in Florida, performing solo concerts, as well as duo and quartet shows in venues throughout the Tampa Bay Area. With an alluring a melangé of R&B, neo-soul, jazz, contemporary pop, and gospel, Guianna's music aims to offer a palliative catharsis for both performer and audience. This will be a group writing session where we will explore exercises to jog the creative juices that blend so well with your Kava & Kratom! Nathan Truly brings years of experience writing and teaching classes at the college level locally. However, this time he will be having a guest facilitator join us! With prompts, tips and tricks to initiate or revitalize your imagination, this is an opportunity to bring out your natural poetic voice.

FACES An art experience by the talented and nationally recognized, Kris Markovich, is happening Sunday, April 7th @ Grassroots Kava House Ybor City starting at 6pm. We're the Tampa Pro After Party! And we're raffling off a painting by Kris so don't miss this one!  

Jordyn Zentz, a Tampa Bay native and great friend of ours, offers a soothing mix of coffeehouse and soul. With her sultry renditions of popular songs, as well as original music, Jordyn is sure to set a lax atmosphere where everyone can kick their feet up for a bit, and relax.
