We will hold the celebration at our OG location of Grassroots Kava House St. Pete and our goal is to raise $3,000 for 50 Legs. 50 Legs is a non-profit near and dear to us. They gave our very own, Claire Bridges, the chance to walk, run AND CLIMB again, and we want to pay it forward! A comedy show with host, Vinnie Ward, and headliner, Matt Fernandez, starts at 7pm, then live music with Pete Henry at 8pm. Join us 5-stories high for Rooftop Yoga with Dale Morphew at Grassroots Seminole Heights EVERY Sunday starting Jan 7th! It's donation-based and every donation gets you a FREE shell. Dale Morphew has been teaching Yoga in the Tampa Bay area and throughout the world since 1998. Dale offers a blend of Hatha Yoga from varied traditions of the many great teachers he has studied with. He combines their teachings with his knowledge of anatomy, physiology and massage therapy training to create classes for all ages and levels of experience. He will help you explore a deeper understanding of alignment, flow and the wellness journey into your yoga practice. Dale truly embodies wellness and strength for people of all ages. He is a powerhouse of energy and knowledge to share with everyone. His dedication and knowledge of wellbeing enabled him to recover from the health speed bumps both physical and emotional we experience in life . He continues to age into wellness through Hatha Yoga.Register at the door and Dale will lead the group to the rooftop. All levels are welcome!
