It's donation-based and every donation gets you a FREE shell. Dale Morphew has been teaching Yoga in the Tampa Bay area and throughout the world since 1998. Dale offers a blend of Hatha Yoga from varied traditions of the many great teachers he has studied with. He combines their teachings with his knowledge of anatomy, physiology and massage therapy training to create classes for all ages and levels of experience. He will help you explore a deeper understanding of alignment, flow and the wellness journey into your yoga practice. Dale truly embodies wellness and strength for people of all ages. He is a powerhouse of energy and knowledge to share with everyone. His dedication and knowledge of wellbeing enabled him to recover from the health speed bumps both physical and emotional we experience in life . Gossamer Wings is a Tampa band focused on singing jazz standards and playing great jazz solos. They've been performing as part of the Grassroots Kava House Ybor community since the beginning! Their style is a mix of swing, bossa nova, and ballads. You'll get to know all 3; bass guitar, vocalist, and piano and fall in love.
