Born from a love of kava and music, this boisterous brotherhood combines elements of jazz, folk, and progressive indie rock to soothe the soul with original grooves. Grab your buddies that like to get muddy (or that drink coffee or kratom) and come out to support this unique vibe.
Whether you're a poet, poetry lover, or simply a creative soul who appreciates witnessing the beauty of free expression and moving performance, this open mic is meant for you. Come enjoy some kava, kratom, kombucha, or tea while taking in the chill vibes at Grassroots Kava House in Ybor City. This event welcomes writers and performers of all levels, from first timers to seasoned veteran poets. The content varies and is generally family friendly, although our art is never subject to censorship.
