He combines their teachings with his knowledge of anatomy, physiology and massage therapy training to create classes for all ages and levels of experience. He will help you explore a deeper understanding of alignment, flow and the wellness journey into your yoga practice. Dale truly embodies wellness and strength for people of all ages. He is a powerhouse of energy and knowledge to share with everyone. His dedication and knowledge of wellbeing enabled him to recover from the health speed bumps both physical and emotional we experience in life .
