Dale Morphew has been teaching Yoga in the Tampa Bay area and throughout the world since 1998. Dale offers a blend of Hatha Yoga from varied traditions of the many great teachers he has studied with. He combines their teachings with his knowledge of anatomy, physiology and massage therapy training to create classes for all ages and levels of experience. He will help you explore a deeper understanding of alignment, flow and the wellness journey into your yoga practice. Dale truly embodies wellness and strength for people of all ages. He is a powerhouse of energy and knowledge to share with everyone. His dedication and knowledge of wellbeing enabled him to recover from the health speed bumps both physical and emotional we experience in life . Roots & Reads: Introducing the first Grassroots Book Club with our friend and long-time regular, Hanlin! The first meetup is January 14 at 7 PM upstairs at GRKH St. Pete. From there, we'll meet every 2nd Wednesday of the month. Come ready with a book you’ve been dying to read — we’ll toss everyone’s suggestion into a drawing to choose our first monthly pick. We’ll pick our reading list, sip something delicious, and kick off some new habits together.
