Join us in celebrating Halloween on Central! From MLK to 31st along Central Avenue, 22 blocks will be closed to cars and motor vehicles from noon-5 pm on Sunday, October 26th! Bike, walk, scoot, or take public transit to this car-free event up and down Central Avenue. Grassroots will have lots of candy for the kiddos and refreshing NA bevies for the whole family! Come dressed in your BEST Halloween get-up!
